We at FINNS GRILL & BAR are proud to be a TEAM GRATUITY establishment. With our UNIQUE style of restaurant including regular live musicians, music licensing, and atmosphere, its more than a meal- it’s an EXPERIENCE! Beyond putting our customers first, providing quality food and an awesome event style atmosphere, we want to be the anomaly in the restaurant industry by keeping our gross as low as we can for affordable meals and offering more than suitable reliable wages to create long-term employees. This means we need an entire uniform TEAM to make this work, not just a singular server or etc. earning a tip; Therefore, we have designed a TEAM GRATUITY of 17% that gets added onto the end of the transaction IF YOU FEEL WE EARNED IT. This small 17% is to assure A reliable wage, long-term employment, & EXTRA PAID DAYS OFF. Allowing our lowered gross to cover MUICIANS, FUNDRAISERS, expenses, utilities, and day to day operations. You will have the option to leave a larger tip (NOT REQUIRED) or leave NO TIP at THE end of your meal if you do not feel your experience was as desired. Please LET A MANGER KNOW WHAT WE DID WRONG IN EFFORT TO HELP US BE BETTER! We want to work hard to make your experience wonderful from start to FINNish. Every time!
